Privacy Policy
Astroglyphmx, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, “Astroglyphmx”), with registered office at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 14, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, ZIP 06600, Mexico City, is the data controller for personal data collected through this site, in accordance with the Federal Personal Data Protection Act held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.
1. Personal data we collect
We only collect data that the user voluntarily provides when subscribing to the newsletter: full name and email address. Additionally, through cookies and similar technologies we may collect navigation data in an anonymous and aggregate manner, provided that the user grants their express consent.
2. Purposes of processing
Personal data are used to: (i) send the weekly informational newsletter; (ii) attend to requests for information or to exercise ARCO rights; (iii) keep aggregate statistical records; and (iv) comply with the legal obligations applicable in Mexican territory.
3. Transfers
Astroglyphmx does not transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only share information with technology providers acting as processors (transactional email delivery, hosting) and exclusively for the purposes described above, under confidentiality and protection clauses equivalent to our own.
4. ARCO rights
The data subject may at any time exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection (ARCO), as well as withdraw the consent granted, by sending a request to contacto@astroglyphmx.com together with a copy of a valid official ID. We will respond within a maximum period of twenty working days.
5. Retention and security
Data are kept only for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and, where applicable, the legal retention periods. We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect information against loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorised processing.

Any change to this Policy will be published on this same page, indicating the update date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
7. Supervisory authority
The data subject may approach the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI) whenever they believe their right has been infringed: www.inai.org.mx.
